The County Hotel is now licensed by Walsall City COuncil to hold Civil Wedding and Civil Partnership ceremonies. Each wedding will be tailored to your requirements and Ray and Anna will be on hand to take care of your guests and ensure you can relax and enjoy your day.
The Hotel offers a comprehensive Wedding Package to make it easy to plan your day. "All Inclusive" packages are also available.
The County Hotel is situated approximately 1 mile from Walsall town centre and just 9 miles from Birmingham City Centre. The hotel is family run and owned by Ray and Anna Gilbert who personally oversee all bookings and events to ensure your stay is a smooth and happy one.
The County Hotel has 45 recently refurbished ensuite rooms and are furnished and equipped to a high standard. Room facilities include Flat Screen remote control TV, hairdryer, direct dial telephone with modem port, state of the art internet communication, trouse press and tea & coffee making facilities. The hotel also offers 3 briday suites, refurbished in Spring 2005, with sitting area and Champagne & Flowers on your arrival.
The County Hotel has a restaurant and bar open to residents and non-residents, with a wide menu choice and a large selection of wines and beers to cater for all tastes. Sunday lunch is avalable from 12.00 noon every Sunday.
Conference facilities are available at the County Hotel for up to 100 delegates. All rooms have natural light and are superbly equipped with Wireless LAN throughout. Business centre facilities and refreshment break areas also available. Catering for your event can be adjusted to suit your needs and can be taken in the conference room or in the retaurant.
