The Eastwood Hall Hotel, Nottingham

Eastwood Hall finds itself set in 26 acres of grounds and is within close proximity to the east midlands city of Nottingham. It is situated in the village of Eastwood and so has straight forward access to its neighbouring city, while it is around 17 miles from the East Midlands airport and approximately five miles from the M1. The Hotel’s exterior is painted all white and has been well-restored to ensure it can host top class meetings, weddings or holidays. Its position in its large grounds means it is ideal for taking walks or a run, for holding team building exercises or even for those all-important glamorous wedding photos. Due to its location near to Nottingham there are a number of activities in the surrounding area for all sorts of groups and ages. There is the DH Lawrence Museum (actually in Eastwood), the Nottingham caves, Sherwood Forest, the American Adventure Theme Park and a whole host of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The Hall is part of the Principal Hayley group of hotels which also includes classy venues such as the George Hotel in Edinburgh and the Palace in Manchester. And like so many Principal Hayley buildings the Eastwood Hall has extensive meeting and conference facilities which can be used for a number of different activities and events. There are 36 rooms in total, the largest of which can host up to 320 people. If staying overnight there are 150 bedrooms which fit the stylishly modern setting of the Hotel. By air: East Midlands Airport is around 17 miles from Eastwood Hall

By car: From M1 - Leave the M1 at junction 26 taking the first exit signed A610 Ripley. Follow this road passing the first sign for Eastwood and IKEA and leave this road at the next junction signed Eastwood. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signed for Eastwood and DH Lawrence's birthplace. Follow the road and stay in the left hand lane, bearing left at the traffic lights onto Mansfield Road. The entrance to Eastwood Hall is on your left-hand side.

From Nottingham - Join the A609, then turn onto the A6514 and then right onto the A610. Follow this road until you reach a turning for Eastwood, turning right on the B6010. Carry straight onto Alfreton which then becomes Nuthall Road. You will come to Nuthall Roundabout and the Gateway Hotel is on your right-hand side. Take the 2nd exit and carry straight on until you come to a 2nd roundabout, then take the 2nd exit again signposted A610 and Ripley. Follow this road and leave it at the next junction signed Eastwood and DH Lawrence's birthplace. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signed for Eastwood. Follow the road and stay in the left-hand lane, bearing left at the traffic lights onto Mansfield Road. The entrance to Eastwood Hall is on your left-hand side.

There is plenty of car parking space available at the Hotel’s grounds.
