A friendly and modern hotel located in Sheffield’s upcoming Quayside area, the Hotel Bristol is one of several hotels, including Bedford Moat House and Nottingham Moat House recently taken over by the Park Inn group of hotels. As such, from the 1st November 2007 the Hotel Bristol was renamed the Park Inn Sheffield. As part of the rebranding of the hotel it has also recently been completely refurbished, and its 111 guestrooms now carry the colourful elegance of the Park Inn group.
Previous guests of the Hotel Bristol will not be disappointed with the newly renamed hotel, it having not lost any of the facilities it carried previously, and new visitors will be impressed with the range of amenities available. The fresh and stylish guestrooms are all en suite, and as you may expect from a Park Inn hotel, each room has a workspace desk and broadband access, striking a decent balance of services between business and leisure visitors. The established P!casso Restaurant and Bar is an integral part of the hotel, with its (newly updated) classic but contemporary selection of dishes and relaxing atmosphere. Corporate delegates may also take advantage of the hotel’s sizeable meeting facilities, in-house secretarial and audio-visual equipment and dedicated conference planner.
Whether visiting Sheffield for business or pleasure, the former Hotel Bristol is just minutes away from Sheffield City centre and the sights of the North. A former industrial centre, the city is undergoing something of an economic revival. There is plenty of shopping to enjoy, including the Meadowhall Centre, one of the largest retail centres in Europe, and the city’s nightlife has something for everyone.
