Dining

The Midland’s French restaurant is the proud owner of two AA rosettes and also figured highly in the Manchester Tourism Awards 2007. Unsurprisingly it serves top French cuisine, but with perhaps some surprise there is a British twist to the flavour.

Then there is the Colony Restaurant with its array of different international dishes, while there is also the Wyvern Bar and the Octagon Lounge for further treats and relaxation.

Meetings

The top class meeting and conference rooms are often used by a whole host of visitors for large, small and medium scale events. There is a team on hand to help with the running and organising of the event.

In all there are 11 different function rooms, including the Alexandra Suite which can hold a maximum of 800 delegates and the new Trafford room for up to 240 people. There is natural light in most rooms, air conditioning and audiovisual equipment.

Leisure

The Hotel’s Reflections Health and Fitness Club is ideal for relaxation and chilling out. It has facilities such as a sauna, a solarium and a swimming pool, while there are also rooms for aerobics, a gym and various types of treatments.
