The hotel is set in 9 acres of charming park land and was once home to Lord Arthur Cecil, a close relation to the Exeter & Salisbury families of England and is a perfect base for exploring and enjoying this wonderful corner of Hampshire.

The Passford House is well suited to the leisure guest – it provides peace and quiet and an insight into the elegant and leisured nature of life in the country. However, its 55 bedrooms also make it a perfect venue for residential conferences and business meetings. The hotel has two main conference rooms coupled with smaller four syndicate rooms suitable for board style meetings. The relaxed atmosphere offers the business guest a perfect venue for team building activities but also provides a peaceful setting to hold full concentration for important decision making.

For the leisure guest, the hotel has many attractive options on offer during a residential stay at the property. There are two heated swimming pools  (indoor and outdoor) with a sauna and a full gymnasium offering the latest in workout facilities and whilst at the Passford House, guests will no doubt find themselves indulging in the methodical games of Croquet and Petanque on the hotel’s custom lawns. The putting green also provides a practise area for the keen golfer, prior to moving onto one of the 8 golf courses within 8 miles of the hotel.

By Road: Just off the A337, 12 miles from Junction 1 of the M27 at Cadnam, The Passford House Hotel is best approached via Lyndhurst. Through Lyndhurst bear right, staying on the A337 and following the signs to Brockenhurst and Lymington. Follow the A337 through Brockenhurst and continue for around four miles, passing the Filly and Hobler public houses on your left, to the outskirts of Lymington. After a sign welcoming you to Lymington, the road runs beneath a railway bridge just before a mini roundabout. Cross straight over this roundabout, taking the next right immediately before the Tollhouse Pub.  Continue along Sway Road for about 3/4 mile and bear right into Mount Pleasant Lane. Pass SCATS Garden Centre and after approximately 1/2 mile, you will see the Hotel entrance on your right.

There is ample parking, which is free for all guests of the hotel.
