you walk into the Old Hall history envelopes you - the mellowed
walls whisper their many secrets. Mary Queen of Scots was held
here as a house prisoner in 1573 and had apartments for a number
of summers and The Old Hall retains that rich pedigree of the
past whilst catering for today’s discerning guest - it
is said to be the oldest hotel in England. Location… location
