The Royal Crescent Hotel features two conference rooms and three syndicate rooms. All combine the best of modern-day technology and conveniences with a luxurious and unique period setting; the Duke of York Room for example retains its fabulous 18th Century plaster ceiling and panoramic views overlooking the Royal Crescent, yet both the Duke of York Room and the Montagu Room are fully air-conditioned, sound proofed and come complete with extensive audio-visual facilities and communication equipment.

Up to 25 delegates can be accommodated per room boardroom style, and 45 delegates per room in a theatre layout. Additionally, the three air-conditioned syndicate rooms offer a distinguished setting for up to 10 delegates per room.

Some rooms feature an open log fire in winter and all are supplied with seasonal fresh cut flowers. There is a sumptuous deep soaking marble bath tub in each en suite bathroom, and each room has the unique feature of a bespoke, hand-crafted Cliveden Bed, made especially for the hotel. Many rooms enjoy superb views over the surrounding Georgian lawns and parkland.

It is named after Baroness Orczy's fictional character The Scarlet Pimpernel, who lived at No. 16 Royal Crescent following his escapades in France during the French Revolution.
