The Scotsman Hotel’s guest bedrooms come in a variety of shapes and sizes, each accustomed to house leisure and business residents. The Scotsman has eight conference and meeting rooms in total, each equipped with the latest features to ensure business meetings run smoothly and are to the highest standard. Some rooms can be split into smaller sections to the convenience of the user.

The MacLaren Suite can host up to 200 guests at any one time while other rooms can host various numbers of delegates for a number of different events.

The Hotel’s Escape Leisure facility contains a multitude of activities to keep guests fit and healthy. There is a swimming pool, air conditioned gym, aerobics studio, sauna and steam rooms, five treatment rooms and a relaxation room.

Among the treatments are an Indian head massage, a salt scrub and reflexology. The Hotel even has its own private cinema screening all the latest movies.

The Hotel’s North Street Brasserie and Bar is set in the newspaper’s former marble reception hall. It serves a selection of Scottish dishes, for example, smoked Haddock Brandade or Roast Cod. A steel staircase connects the two floors of the dining area.
