Turn off the A1 on the Newcastle Western Bypass, and take the A69 heading west towards Hexham and Corbridge. After approximately 8 miles you will reach a roundabout; turn left, heading towards Consett on the A68. After 200 yards on the A68 you will reach another roundabout; turn right and head towards Hexham on the A695. After passing through the village of Riding Mill, turn left and follow the road until you reach the village of Slaley. Pass through Slaley and join the B6306, heading south towards Blanchland. After approximately 1 mile you will find the entrance to Slaley Hall Hotel.
